Remove email from the Bounce list

What and what is the bounce list?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Normally, our servers will try several times to deliver the messages in a given time frame. If the delivery constantly fails, it will mark it as old, rejected, or similar, and it will store your recipient’s email address in our Bounce List. 

I see your email in our Bounce list, and I've gone ahead and removed it. We also have this guide on how to remove your email from the Bounce list. Note that you can only remove an email that is associated with your account. Please let us know about all other emails, and we'll remove them from our end if any.
