Error message submitter received

A student was trying to submit their video but received the error message below. They were using an iPad on I0s 17.6.1. The file type was .mov.

May I know from which location your student is trying to access this form? Can you ask your filler to check their IP address here and share the IP with us? Also, you can suggest your filler reach out to your Internet Service Provider and ask them to Whitelist Jotform IP. If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
