Trigger approval Flow using API

Hi There,

Is there a way to trigger an approval flow or a step of an approval flow using an API? I'm looking to create an automation in which after a certain amount of time, an email is sent asking a person if a task has been done, and providing 3 options, as would appear in an approval flow email, for them to click to indicate the response. Based on the response the approval flow would send an email that indicates the response received.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it's currently not possible to trigger Approval Flows via API Submission. Ive gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it.
