New forms not being emailed

    New forms are not being automatically sent to the email address we entered, can you pls tell me why?

    Hi Mona,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned one of your forms and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast and screenshot below to see my results:

    Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on. Can you also try to clear your browser cache and cookies to see if the issue no longer replicates? I have cleared your form cache as a precaution. You can also try to test your form on a different device or browser.

    After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Thank you. I tried it again and the completed submitted form is not being sent to the Email.

    Hi Mona,

    I checked your email address: monalaw1@gmail.com, and found that the email address was in our unsubscribe list. This happens when you manually unsubscribe from the Jotform emails from your personal email account. I have removed it from the unsubscribe list, and you should receive the emails again.

    Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Actually the email for the form to be sent to is: ValiquetJohn@yahoo.com

    not my personal email of monalaw1@gmail. In the form setup it asks where you want the submitted form to go and that is the email I’m referring to. My apologies for not clearing that up. The form I’m referring to is BSOTB REGISTRATION. Thanks!

    Hi Mona,

    I checked the email address and found that the email(ValiquetJohn@yahoo.com) was on the bounce list. I have removed it from the bounce list and whitelisted it. You can do that yourself from the account settings. If an email address is added to the bounce list, you can also remove it from the bounce list with a click of a button. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. Login to your Jotform account and go to Account Settings.
    2. Scroll down to Bounce List and enter your email address in the field.

    4. If your email address is on the bounce list, you will see that when you click the Check button. To remove it from the bounce list click on Remove.Jotform's Bounce List option with an arrow pointing Remove button next to the filled email input field Screenshot 21

    As soon as you do that, the email address will get removed from the bounce list, and you'll start receiving the emails again. There are no restrictions on this option, so you can use it as many times as it is needed daily.
