Hello
I am not super tech savvy but i did read through some articles to see if i could education myself a bit first. What i would like to know is if i can do the following.
I use pipedrive for my sales team. I want to be able to do the following
- while in pipedrive select a form from a few different forms we have for a client to sign
- open that form and have it auto populate with data from the lead details
- confirm the data is correct
- send that data to client for digital signature with time stamp and all so its legally binding
- have the form come back to me and be stored in pipedrive or sent back to google drive or even both
- if multiple signatures are needed i need to be able to have the same document sent to multiple people for signatures
Clients should not have to fill in any information. simply review and sign.
Is this all possible with Jotform integrated with pipedrive?
Thank you
Adam

Hi Adam,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use the Prefill feature of the form using data from Pipedrive. Here's how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
2. Click on Prefill on the left side of the screen.
3. Select Pipedrive Prefill.
4. Click on Authenticate to connect your Pipedrive account.
5. Select Pipedrive List.
6. Map the fields from Pipedrive to Jotform.
7. Click on Save Settings.
Once you have connected your Pipedrive account to the Prefill feature, you can then proceed to create a prefilled form. Here's how to do it:
1. Click on Add a New Prefill.
2. Select Pipedrive data.
3. Click on Create.
We also have a guide about How to Prefill a Form Using the Data from Pipedrive that you can check out.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
