Why Jotform force me to signup before I can fill and submit a form?

    Good afternoon

    I have created 2 employee referees form through jot form.Every time i share or send an email it asks the recipient to log in or sign up with Email

    How do i prevent this please?

    I would just like them to complete and send straight back

    Hi Blacklock_Elisabeth,

    Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. When I reviewed your Employee character Reference Request Form and found you have set the access level to Private. Changing the status of your form from Private to Public is easy to do. Let me show you how:

    1. First, open your form in Form Builder.

    2. In the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, tap on Publish.

    3. In the Direct Link window that opens up, tap on Private Form.

    4. In the Access Settings window, tap on Public Form.

    That's it. Now, anyone filling out your form won't be asked to create a Jotform account. Additionally, if you invite someone via email to fill out your form, they'll have to log in to a Jotform account using the same email ID to access the assigned form. We also have a guide about Share Forms that you can check out.
