Check for Rental Form's legitimacy.

I need to know if this application is real. I’m trying to rent the place.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. There's currently no way for us to directly determine if a form and the service it offers are legit or not. But I've reached out to our Review Team regarding this for us to do the necessary actions if needed.

Here are some guidelines to help you avoid scams:

• Never fill out a form from an anonymous contact, an unknown organization, or a company with no website or legitimate presence.
• Never pay money to get employment
• Never provide critical information such as your SSN, banking information, or driver’s license numbers or pictures to such suspicious contacts.

Hi Montserrat,

I just heard back from our Review Team. After looking into this, we determined that the form creator violated our Terms of Use. So, we immediately suspended the account, the account owner, as well as any forms and apps connected to it. But, keep in mind that although the form owner has no access to the form or data at Jotform now, they might have received your submission information if they enabled the Notification Email feature.
