Do clients have to fill out an account with Jotform

If I have clients signing waivers that are embedded into my website using jotform, are they required to create a jotform account or can they just sign the waiver without that prompt? Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. They are not required to sign in  and create a Jotform account to fill  up  your form. This will only be required if you have the settings Require to log in turned on on your form. Check the screenshot below:

 If you can log in to your account and message us, then provide the form link to us, we can check it for you. Right now you are currently logged in as a guest, we are not able to provide any information regarding your account.
