Hi - I was just closing out a submission for my form called FHG Subcontractor Prequalification Form and I accidentally clicked the wrong button -- I clicked "Approved" instead of "Variance Needed", so Jotform sent an email to the form submitter that they are prequalified to work for FHG. Not Jotform's fault at all -- I clicked the wrong button. But I would like to edit this because now it's wrong in my system, and I would also like the system to send the correct email. I don't see any way to do this on the form. If you can log in to the account, this is the submission from 3 Brothers Construction LLC, the most recent submission.

Hi Graham,
Take note that when the approval workflow has been completed, you can no longer edit it. You can restart the Approval Flow on the submission in Inbox. But you'll need to make sure that the Restart Approval Flow On Submission Edit setting is enabled on your Approval Flow. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar.
2. Click on the Approval Flows tab on the left part of the screen.
3. Click on the Pencil icon on Approval Flow.4. In Approvals, click on Settings on the green navigation bar.
5. Click on the Downward Arrow icon on Restart Approval Flow On Submission Edit field.
6. Click on Enabled option on the Dropdown list.After that, you'll need to edit the submission in Inbox to be able to select your preferred Approval Flow status for the submission. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon on the upper-left part of the screen.
2. Click on Inbox above Approvals.
3. Click on your preferred submission on the left part of the screen.
4. Click on the Three Dots icon on the upper-right part of the screen.
5. Click on the Edit icon below Customize PDF.6. Click on Submit.
That's it. You can then choose your preferred Approval Flow status on for your preferred submission. Check out the screencast to see the example below:

Thanks for this! One quick thing that I think you meant to include in these instructions is that you have to change something in the form before hitting Submit. I think the system will not allow you to update the status unless you change something, so it recognizes a change in the form. This worked for me - thanks!
