Need help in creating a Signature workflow

    I need a work flow for my form link attached https://form.jotform.com/242493239030452

    The form will be filled by buyer 1 and sent to Seller 1 in the form of an attachment PDF. Then Seller 1 will sign that Pdf and send it back to Buyer 1 for sign. When the buyer 1 sign both Buyer and Seller will receive a signed completed copy of contract in their emails.

    I need the form should be filled only in the start by buyer and then other workflow in PDF for signatures

    Please keep in mind the order Buyer1 fill form and submit Next Seller 1 receives the PDF and sign and send back to Buyer 1 Next Buyer 1 sign Next Both parties receive signed copies

    Hello Qasir,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use the Change Email Recipient conditional logic to send an Autoresponder Email with the Edit Link to the seller if Buyer 1 fields are filled, and another condition to send another Autoresponder with the Edit Link back to the Buyer after the seller fills out the seller-dedicated fields. If you can specify which fields are for step 1 (Buyer), step 2 (Seller), and step 3 (Buyer), we can share a more narrowed step-by-step instructions you can follow.

    Also, the PDF you uploaded into the Smart PDF Form Builder cannot be directly filled, so the Seller will be filling out the form itself, but since the form fields are mapped to the PDF, the PDF output after all parties are finished with the form will contain all entered information.

    All the fields except the Sellers signatures will be filled by Buyer. I just want to show/prompt seller for signature and send it back

    If we cannot directly edit in pdf can we do this all creating a fillable pdf in documents, there is a problem the very first responder is buyer. The buyer has to fill the document but not sign it, just have to send it to seller to sign first and then buyer. Is there a way to enable this in fillable pdf in jot form for all this

    Hi Qasir,

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to the Fillable PDF Document of the form. Once you've made changes in the Fillable PDF, you will be redirected to the Smart PDF Form builder. Take a look at the screencast below:

    Need help in creating a Signature workflow Image 1 Screenshot 40 If you wish to download the fillable PDF of your form, Please take note that downloading a fillable PDF version of a Smart PDF Form is not available on the Publish tab of the Form Builder but on your My Forms page. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to My Forms Page.

    3. The Publish window prompt will appear on the right side of the window.
