Hello there,
Our group has the Silver plan and is doing our testing for our Jotform in preparation for our upcoming season of gathering artists for a local art studio tour.
Last year was the first time using Jotform and it worked perfectly. As seen in the picture entitled "Jotform Dropbox integration 2023 WORKING PROPERLY", both the pictures and the PDF of the form are uploaded into the Dropbox folder.
However, for 2024, we simply cloned the 2023 form and it does not work. If you look at picture entitled, "Jotform Dropbox integration 2024 NOT WORKING PROPERLY", you will notice the PDF form did not upload nor is it sorted by the unique ID.
The newly updated Dropbox integration does provide for an option to use the unique ID, and we can't figure out how to get the JOtform to upload to Dropbox as a PDF, as in 2023.Wondering if you can help please?
Thank you

Hi mrpmstudiotour,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form, and it appears that you haven't selected a PDF to be uploaded to Dropbox. It's easy to do. Let me walk you through it:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on Integrations on the left side of the screen.
- Select Dropbox and click on the Pencil icon.
- In the dropdown under Send submissions PDF to Dropbox, select your PDF.
- Finally, click on Save at the bottom of the page, and you’re done.
As for the unique ID issue, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.
Reach out again if you need any other help.

mrpmstudiotourReplied on September 6, 2024 at 10:01 AMThank you.We cloned our form from last year and just made a few minor changes, such as dates, thinking everything would work the same. We needed to redo the Dropbox integration and when we look at the PDF section, it only gave the option of selecting last years form, with no ability to,add the new form (called “Clone of …”).Hope that makes sense enough for you to help. Hi mrpmstudiotour,
Have in mind that the title you see in the integration is the name of the related PDF document. If you clone a form, the PDF title will remain the same. To modify the document, simply open the Integration as shown by my colleague and expand the Send submissions PDF to Dropbox dropdown. From here, click on the icon to open the document:
This will open PDF Editor, from where you can modify the document title by clicking the three dots in the document tab:
If you would like to modify the title of each PDF File, you can open PDF Settings, from where you can choose a new name:
Let us know if this resolved your issue.
