Traying to add coupon code to Square -- without a product list?!

We're using the Inventory Widget and Calculation wizard to populate a Square payment field. The settings don't provide a coupon tab so how might I apply a discount code to this hybrid payment field?

I'm thinking a Condition could be set where a field "Coupon Code" has to equal "EncoreE" in order for $10 to be subtracted from each $55 Couch seat. How would this populate the Ticket Price for the Credit Card purchase? Oy...

This is for our ever-complicated house festival JotForm https://www.jotform.com/build/241985335691164

    Hi MaisonClobert,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can create a manual discount code using Conditional logic and Form calculation fields. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element.
    2. Click on Short Text element and add it to your form.
    3. Click on Widget tab, select Form Calculation element, and add 3 Form Calculation widgets to your form.

    4. Now, go to Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top.

    5. Select Update/Calculate Field condition and set up your condition.

    6. Finally, click on Save. You need to create this condition to calculate the discount on the Couch with credit card.

Now calculate the second total with the discounted price. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Wand icon in the Form Calculation widget.
    2. Click on Add Field and add other total fields with discounted total.

After creating the condition, you need to send both total fields into one Form Calculation field. Because you can add only one field in your Payment integration. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element.
    2. Click on the Widgets tab and add two Form Calculation widgets.
    3. Go to Settings tab and click on +Add Condition.
    4. Select Update/Calculate Field condition and set up your condition.

    6. Scroll down to Get Price Form and select Total.

You can hide the fields that you don't want to show to your users. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

I went through the steps and double checked to make sure I filled it out correctly, but it seems to be coming up with a different total when only selecting one ticket...Traying to add coupon code to Square without a product list?! Hi MaisonClobert,

I checked the cloned formed made by Arghya and it is giving me the correct calculation values. See the screenshot below:

When I checked your actual form I found that you have not copied the formula in the Form Calculations widgets given on the previous instructions. As a workaround, you can simply clone the form made by Arghya to avoid mistep while recreating the form. it is very easy to clone a form. Let me show you how:

    1. In Myforms Page tap on the Orange Create Form button on the upper-right side of the screen, and tap on Import Form.

    2. In the next window, tap on From a Web Page and paste in the link.

    3. Now, tap on Create Form and you're done.

We have been working on a separate clone form, is it different from Arghya's cloned form? If so, how would we find it and the URL?

    Hi MaisonClobert,

To clone the form made by Arghya, you can follow the steps provided by Ronald or you can also check this guide oHow to Clone an Existing Form From a URL.

When you reach the part where you need to enter the URL, you can copy and paste Arghya's cloned form URL below:

Reach out again if you need any other help.
