Card Form: It takes a a lot time to load.

The jotform is very slow to load. Here is the url to look at it in action.

It takes approximately 10-15 seconds from the first click for the form to respond and allow users to input information on the form.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form, and I can easily replicate the issue. The form is not that big, so it shouldn't take that long to load.
