    Hi Star_Ninja,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you explain a bit more about the issue? Do you mean you're doing an edit entry action from the table, but for some reason, it does not allow you to re-submit the entries after making the necessary changes? Is the submit button not visible on edit more? does it return an error message? or it just doesn't do anything when clicking on submit?

Perhaps you can provide more details about the device and browser you're using? Also, please share with us a screenshot of the browser's console report, while trying to hit submit on the edit mode. It may contain errors, that could help us with the investigation. You can follow this guide on How to Get Console Report from most common Browsers.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hi Star_Ninja,

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Jotform Table>Edit Entry: Unable to submit form Screenshot 20

Can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

I also cleared your form caches to help your forms load faster and perform more efficiently.

Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

    Hi Star_Ninja,

Can you take a screenshot of the browser's console report, while trying to hit submit on edit mode? You can follow this guide on How to Get Console Report from most common Browsers.

I would also suggest, you can check with another browser and see if it'll help you edit submissions. I've cleared your form cache as a precaution.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Star_Ninja,

I cloned your form, and I was able to replicate the issue this time. I'm unable to locate what's causing this, so I've gone ahead and escalated this to our Developers instead, so they can further inspect the issue. Once we hear back from them, we'll be able to help you with this.

In the meantime, you may consider using the edit URL format below, to edit/resubmit submissions.

    https://jotform.com/edit/{id}

You just need to replace {id}, with the submission ID of the data. Let me walk you through on how to get them:

    1. In your Form's Submission Table.

    2. Click on the Columns dropdown arrow.

    3. Search for Submission ID.

    4. Then Enable it in the Show/Hide Columns.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
