How can you receive an invoice and pay via check or ACH?

We are attempting to purchase the Bronze level. We would like to pay via a check or ACH. How can that be done?

We are a non-profit organization. What do we need to submit to get the pricing for a non-profit?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We only accept payments via credit cards or PayPal, as of the moment, we don't offer the option to pay via ACH or check since are plans are subject to autorenew.

Jotform gives nonprofit organizations an exclusive offer of 50% off all annual plans. To apply for the non-profit discount, please fill-up the application form on this website.

After submitting the form, the information you sent will be reviewed. You will get a confirmation in the email address that you have provided in the application form within 24 to 48 hours.
