How to make your form Public

My form is now requiring I grant access to my client's, which it's never done before. When I try to "grant access" nothing happens. Can you please tell me how to take this setting off? Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It is really easy to remove the request access from your form. All you need to do is set your form to Public and that's it. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click Publish in the orange navigation bar.
2. Under Quick Publish, click the Gear Icon just right above your form link.
3. Lastly, select Public form.

Hi there! I don't want the form to be accessible to everyone. I want to it to be accessible to assignees. I didn't change a setting so I don't know why this is happening. When I click "assign" and send it to them, I don't want to have to give them access.

If you don't want the form to be accessible by anyone, you can assign the form and make it public only to people that you want to open the form with. Doing this doesn't mean you're giving them access to the account but only to the form and not everybody. You can also limit their access/permissions by changing it. Let me show you how:

1. In your Form Builder, go to Publish.
2. From the left navigation, go to Quick Share.
3. Click on the Share With Link button.
4. In the modal that opens, choose Public.
5. Under the Permissions, choose the access that you want to grant to your assignees.

Then, you can invite your assignees using the following methods below:

• You can Upload a CSV File with the list of the email addresses of your assignees.
• You can manually write your assignees email addresses on the email bar.
• Or, you can Copy the Link and send it through email and copy your assignees.
• Lastly, click on the Send Invitation button.
