Creating or building a website

Hello I need a website that enables users to complete important documents easily through custom branching forms. The site should provide a step-by-step guide for users to enter all required information, with the final document ready for submission after payment is processed.

1. In Form Builder, go to your My Forms page.
2. On the left side of the page, click on Create Form.

3. Click on Use Template.

4. Now you can select the form that you want to use. For example, you might want to use the Product Order Form. Once you have selected the form that you want to use, click Use Template.
