How come my account was suspended? Can it be reactivated?

    Whatever I need to delete let me know and it will be removed immediately. I've been using it as a free application for my potential tenants.

    The sooner I can get it up and running again the better as I have a finalist tenant ready to apply.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking your account, it was suspended because the form 212825376480156 was flagged for offering fake service. This might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to comply with our Terms: Free accounts with non-corporate emails showing suspicious forms must be suspended immediately. Kindly provide us with the following information:

    • The URL where your form is used.
    • Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.
    • Change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

    Send these to reviewers@jotform.com with thread #18713401 as your subject, and we’ll let you know about the status of your account after we’ve done a thorough review of your proofs.
