Approval Flow - Form selection

Hi,

I wish to add a specific form (Project Closure Form) into the approval flow, but this form doesn't appear in the selection, why?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked your form and can see that there is already an Approval linked to your form. See screenshot below:

For you to be able to link your preferred form, you need to purge the current Approval linked to your form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, under Settings tab, click on Workflow or Approval Flow.
2. On your deleted Approval, click on the gear icon and select Purge.
