Can I add an "upload file" prompt depending on the response from the end user?
In other words, questions would be "Did you work last year" if the response is "yes" then have the system prompt the user to Upload Form W2.Is this possible?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hi Rene,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can achieve this by using a Single choice element and Show/Hide a field condition. Let me walk you through it:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the screen.
2. Under Basic tab, scroll down to Single Choice element and drag and drop it on your form.
3. Now, under Basic tab, scroll down to File Upload and drag and drop it on your form.
4. Right-click n the File Upload element on the form and then select Hide.
5. Now, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
6. In the menu that appears on the left side of the screen, click on Conditions, and then select Show/Hide a Field condition.
7. Now, set the condition as shown in the screenshot below:
You can check my results in the screencast shown below:
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
