    Hi,

In the same form, I had to turn down JotForm Sign to allow editing. However we would still like the features that come with Jotform. How do we handle here?

    Thanks

    Hi Shihao,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm not entirely sure what you're trying to accomplish. Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening?

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Hi,

I had to turn off the JotForm becuase it will distable submission, which is needed if I were to allow the 2nd responder to fill a portion of form. This way I'm losing the features such an audit trails which is essential for us. Can you look into my form & set-up and let me know how I can maintain the functions of JotForm while allowing 2 responders?

    Thanks,

    Hi Shihao,

Unfortunately, the sign automation must be disabled, in order for the other responder to edit the submission. But, you can still send the PDF submission document to the recipient, by enabling PDF attachment. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab.

    2. Select Emails from the left side menu.

    3. Edit the notification emails.

    4. Next, go to the Advanced tab, and enable Attach PDF option.

    5. Lastly, select the document and click on Save.
