I have a form I recently updated to cover a different audience, that I tested my self before publishing on the NSC website and it was fine. I received a message from my client that a recent submission wasn't going through see below. What do I need to do ? Please advise.

    Here's the form link:

The message that was received by my client and forwarded to me:

    Hi and good morning.

Both times I hit submit it took me back to sign up.

Oh well, I guess the best approach would be to print out the application. Or do you mail them out also.

    Hi Stanley,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tried to replicate the issue but everything is working properly. When I submitted the form it was directly to the thank you page. Take a look at the screencast below:

When submitting the form, it was redirected to sign in page Image 1 Screenshot 20 If I understand you correctly when the form filler submitted the form it took back to the signup page. Is that correct? If so, can you please tell us how you share your form with the form filler? If you're using the Invite by Email feature it would require the form filler to log in to their Jotform Account to be able to fill out that form.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hi Joeni,

Strangely enough within the last 45min I've received 2 new submissions with no problem from 2 different applicants. So I think we're ok, if any thing comes up I'll let you know. Thanks for the help.

I do have a secondary question, I get email notifications of successful submissions. I have my client that would like to be able to do the same. Where can I do that so he can get the same notifications?
