Please fix the issues with assigning a form

    Is Jotform working on fixing the issues with assigning a form for whatever reason after I go into the assignment form screen and make a selection. I am getting a blank screen. This is making things very difficult trying to use the app in my business. How long before this can be fixed?

    Hi Craig,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. When was the last time you were able to assign forms? Are you using the Jotform Mobile App when assigning forms, or you are using the Desktop version of your Jotform Account? Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hi Craig,

    Please share us more information about the device you're using by including the type and model of the device so we can try and replicate the issue. In the meantime, you can try to uninstall the application and clear the cache of the device before downloading it again.
