Hello, we'll have our first international company meeting next month. I've created a google form that asks basic employee information, location, etc. We also have a calendar for them to let us know when they prefer to have the meeting. However, I couldn't find out where are all the responses. It's my first time in google form and I need some guidance. Thanks.

Hi,
You can see submissions by clicking on "Responses" tab located on the top bar. JotForm comes with many advanced features in terms of form submissions. It's hard to deal with mass amount of data. But JotForm will help you handle it. If you'd like to view your form submissions as a list, I'd recommend you download it first. JotForm provides Excel, CSV and PDF versions of form submissions. If you'd like to manage your data and see it in a simple way, JotForm allows you to create reports in various ways. Depending on your form fields, you can create excel, grid listing, csv, html table listing, rss listing, visual and calendar reports. In order to create reports, select the form, click "Reports" from the upper panel and add new reports.
On top of that, JotForm has a product called JotForm Inbox which allows you to organize and manage form submissions. It comes with many benefits in terms of functionality and design such as faster workflow and mobile compatibility. It looks like your email inbox and gives you more control in form submissions. You can toggle between form submissions, mark them as unread, download or edit in the Inbox page. JotForm Inbox will definitely boost your productivity at work.
Compared to Google Forms, JotForm's advanced features offers higher productivity and better user experience. In addition to various reports on form submissions and Inbox feature, JotForm also provides many ready-to-use form templates specifically designed for different cases. Please visit our page to see why JotForm is the best Google Forms alternative.
