Hello,
This is Meghan, marketing manager of FilmicTactic. We're a market research company specialized in movie and tv industry. We'll conduct a survey on super hero movies and how different age groups respond to them. We're using Google Forms but for now, when we send out forms to people, they are not able to see it because our forms are only visible to people working in the company. How do I create public forms for everyone to see? Thanks for your help.

Hi,
You can create public forms by unchecking "Restrict to users in (company name) and trusted domains" box under "Settings". JotForm allow you to create public forms as well but comes with more advanced features in terms of creating and sharing public forms. I believe you can benefit from JotForm's share options and mobile forms in order to conduct your survey in an effective way.
Unlike Google Forms, JotForm has many form sharing options. If you have a database for consumer information, you can directly send them e-mails and share your form URL. Moreover, if you would like to share over social media, you can post it on Facebook timeline or tweet about it on Twitter. Therefore, your forms will be just one click away from your customers. However, if you want your customers access your forms in an easier way, you can always use QR codes to share your forms. In an increasingly mobile world, QR codes will help to reach out new customer information.
If you're planning to send your employees to the field and have a face-to-face contact with customers, JotForm Mobile Forms will help to collect data on the go. While Google Forms do not have an app, JotForm Mobile Forms allow you to create, view, and manage forms on your mobile device. It also has an offline feature that enables to collect information without Internet connection. Your form submissions is stored on your device and sync when you're connected. This feature is especially helpful for those working in the field.
Overall, you can create public forms and share them via link, social media and QR code. In addition, JotForm Mobile Forms will help you collect data without facing any limitations and reach as many people as you need. Compared to Google Forms, these features will boost your productivity in data collection. Please visit our page to see why we think JotForm is the best Google Forms alternative.
