How can I Download a copy of a completed form?

    I recently completed a form using the link:

    How can I download a copy of the completed form?

    Hi Clive Poyner-Hayes,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I submitted the form, did you get a thank-you page? Do note that when you submit it, you can get an Autoresponder Email. The Autoresponder email is designed for the form fillers as a confirmation email with the filled out form details. But, it is only possible when your form owner has set it up. If your form owner has not set it up then you won't get it. So, can you please contact your form owner, and ask for the confirmation? They are the one can help you with your request.
