Why are some people receiving the follow error message "Sorry! Only one entry is allowed. Multiple submissions are disabled for this form. Please help me

Hi Marissa_Cook,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and found that you have enabled the Unique Submission option. This limits your users to one answer per form. You can allow the same person to fill out your form multiple times. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form on the right side of the screen.
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings, and then click on Show More Options.
- In the Form Settings menu, scroll down and select No Check in the Unique Submission dropdown menu.
