Hello, I'm experiencing a visual issue with my survey. When I click in the text answer box, you can’t see the question anymore, because the background (where the Q text is) turns white – so you can’t refer back to the question as you’re typing or thinking. I have attached a before photo that shows the question before you click anything and an after that shows what happens when you answer the question or click a an option. How can I remedy this? Thanks!

Hi Justina Fetterly,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'll do my best to help you. I've checked out the screenshot you shared with us. You can disable the highlighting effect of your form fields, so your question can be visible. Let me show you how:
- Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on the Settings.
- Choose the Form Settings from the left side of the panel.
- Click on the Show More Options.
- Scroll down and choose Disable as an option for the Highlight Effect. That's it.
Let us know how it goes.
