Old email notification being sent

    My customers are receiving old email from the JOTForm system. I have removed my previous email notifications. They still receive them daily. Please help!

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. If you can share the link to your form, I can check it out and see what’s going on.

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
