    Hello,

How can I automatically make all submissions go to a folder or Excel sheet outside of Jotform? SO that people without the login can see the submissions. Thank you!

    Hi RainbowAwesome,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it.

Thank you! The main issue I am running into is that the jotform requires an image to be attached. When the form is automatically sent to the correct emails, they can see all details of the form other than the picture/attachment. The have to log in to see the attachment. That is what I am specifically trying to avoid. Thank you!

    Hi RainbowAwesome,

There isn't a direct option to automatically download submissions as Excel file. But, you can establish a connection between your form and Microsoft Excel using Zapier. This integration allows submissions to be automatically sent to an Excel sheet when a form is submitted. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Integrations on the left side of the screen.
    3. Search and select the Zapier Integration.
    4. Now, click Use this Zap beside Microsoft Excel. Receiving submission data automatically in Excel Image 1 Screenshot 20
    5. Log in to your Zapier account and follow all the necessary steps to finalize the setup, then Publish.
