Hi the auto email reminder keeps sending a reminder email to fill out form, but the form has already been filled out and submitted. How can I stop the email reminders?
Thanks!

Hi Shamarea,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have reviewed your client intake and consent forms, and it seems that you have included a reminder email. However, it does not check whether the user has filled out the form or not. The reminder will be sent according to the schedule. If you want to stop the reminders, you will need to remove the reminder email. Let me show you how:
1. On the Form Builder page, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
2. In the Publish tab, click on Emails on the left side of the screen.
3. Choose the Schedule A Reminder Email option.
4. Mouse hover on the Reminder Email option, and then click on the Delete icon.
5. In the Confirmation box that shows up, click on the Delete button.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
