Can you please help me out and remove this issue...
In the past we had someone help us and we were using one of our own pages....
But we can't find any of that.
And can't disable it or I should say don't know how...
Pls help. Thank you

Hi Ivan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned and tested your form, and it seems that the Thank You page that is showing after submitting is this one below:
This page did not match with the screenshot you provided on this ticket. Upon further checking, I found out that you setup a condition that will redirect to a Thank You page URL. Check out the image below:
If you want to replace the Thank You page with the default one, you need to remove this condition on your form. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click Settings on the orange navigation bar.
- Tap Conditions on the left menu.
- Hover over the Change Thank You page condition and click the Trash icon to delete it.
That's it. You can now use the default Thank You page you set up on your form.
