My form will not connect to Square

    I received an email saying that Squares access to my form had expired and that it could not longer be renewed. I have tried to connect to my Stripe account as well as to my Square account and get nothing but s spinning circle. This is not the first time this has occurred. Please advise on how to fix.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

    Can you try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and see how it goes? If the issue persists, can you try a different browser to see if the issue is with your current browser? You can also try using incognito mode (private browsing) to see if there's an issue as well.
