Hi Haris,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tried to transfer the form to the account associated with the arj.removals@gmail.com email address but the system is not allowing me since the account is in the EU Server and your account is not. Please note that in order for us to transfer the form, both accounts must be on the same Server. Therefore, I suggest you store your account data first on the EU server and get back to us. We have a guide here that will show you how to do it.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hello Haris,
We have successfully moved your form from this account to your provided email. Please note that if this form has a custom URL, it needs to be updated with the new account username. This can be done easily on the Publish tab of the form builder. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- Click on the Pencil icon under the Settings button.
- Edit your form link, click on Apply, and that's it, you're done.
We also have a guide about How to Create a Custom URL for Your Form that you can check out.
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
