Hi, I deleted a bunch of stuff and on my form it says I'm almost over quota but not yet.
Yet when I'm sending the form to people they are saying they can't fill it out because its over quota.
Things aren't matching up. Can you help please?

Hi Natalie,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I recalculated your account's upload usage and see that it's now below your limits. Your forms are active and can receive submissions again.
Although the upload usage is below your limits, it is only by a few MBs. When I checked your Local Love Pop Up Christmas Market Application tables, I see that you have submissions in trashed entries. Unless the submissions are purged, it will still count towards your upload usage. Let's continue on how to purge them so they can be freed up from your space usage. Let's do it:
- In your submission tables, click on the 3 vertical dots on the right of the table tab.
- Select the Trashed Entries.
- Then, select the deleted entries
- Click on the Delete Forever button.
