Regain access to the account where the form is created

Hello,

I have a jotform within my squarespave website. I hired a airtasker to edit it. I need to change the email address that the form is directed to. The person who made the edits to the form as given me his login and password. Which is not giving me access. I have sent him a emaiol to reset the password but am not sure he has access to his email. The website is www.qldnodepositnewhomes.com.au

Any other options to get the changes to a new email address?
