Files not uploading to Google Drive Folder

Hi there,

I've checked the integration several times and it looks like it's set up correctly, but my files are not getting uploaded into the google drive folder. I'm working with the Aqueous 2024 Form.

Can you please help me figure out if I'm doing something wrong?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast screenshot to see my results:

Can you please try to re-integrate the Google Drive into your form? This is to refresh the connection of the integration and the form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click Settings in the orange navigation bar.
2. On the left side menu select Integrations and click Google Drive Integration.
3. Click the 3 Vertical dots of the existing Action and select Delete Active.
4. After that, re-integrate your form to Google Drive then, click Save.
