Hi, on this form, is there a setting you can do to where a person can get the same size in both colors in one order. For example, someone wants a large in blue and a large in white. As it is now, they have to do 2 separate orders.

Thanks!

Hello abcmississippi,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, that feature is not available in Jotform at the moment. It is not yet possible to have an order with 1 Large Shirt in Blue and 1 in white. However, I have a workaround for that. Since you only have 2 color variants in your Product List, you may create a new product and label it with Blue while the first product can be labeled as white. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click the Shopping Cart Icon to edit your Product List.
- Hover your mouse to the Existing Product and Click the Gear Icon.
- Now Click Duplicate.
- Edit the Title of The Product and label them with your Color Variant.
- Then Under Options, delete the current Color Variant.
- Do the Same with the other Product.
I would also highly recommend if you can add an image to emphasize the color of the product so that the form user won't be confused in selecting a product. You may also add a paragraph field so you may put a disclaimer to avoid wrong orders.
Here's the result:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
