Creating space for additional submissions

Hello I am looking to address the submission limit for free accounts. If the submissions are deleted, will they be cleared from the system after the 30 day period? Or is the 100 limit regardless of old data that has been deleted?

I deleted submissions from July 2024 that should clear out soon, but I am unsure if that is a fix. Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When you delete submissions, they are removed from your form's submission list, but they still occupy the limit in your submission counter until the 30-day period ends. After 30 days, the number of submissions resets automatically, regardless of whether you've deleted them or not. However, if you want to free up submission storage space immediately, deleting submissions is the way to go! This will help you stay within the submission storage limit for free accounts.
