Receive submission with images and text both

I want to receive form submissions with full content of the forms instead of just filled text fields.

Every Short Text Field I added to while creating the form also has a reference image that I added next to the fields. But when I receive form submission on my email, it only shows the text field name and the corresponding filled text. I want both Field name and the pre-added reference image to come to my email.

Please guide me.
