Hi, is there a way that my team can each receive a copy of form responses via email or least be notified when a new response comes in? Currently, the responses go directly to a Google sheet that individuals need to check unprompted.

Hi Mary,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and I see that the notification email is set to be sent to maryskim@stanford.edu. If you need the notification email to be sent to your teammates, you can upgrade to a paid plan which will allow you to add multiple recipients to your notification emails. Let me show you how to do it:
- In the Form Builder, go to the Settings tab.
- Click Emails on the left panel.
- Hover your mouse over the Email Notification template and click the Pencil icon.
- Go to the Recipients tab.
- Add the new email address/es in the Recipient Email section.
- Click Save.
