Hello,
I was trying to login to my JotForm account and due to circumstances here at work on things we had to do I cannot remember my password for my account. When I go to reset the password and it shows an error message. Is there anyway you can reset my login?

Hi Courtney,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. I checked the email address that you provided in the email field, and it seems that there is only a Guest account. Keep in mind that the guest account is a one-time login feature, so you can't reset the password in this account.
If you're referring to another account, can you share the email address or the username associated with your account so we can check the status? You can also try resetting your password using a different browser and clear your browser's cache to see if the issue persists. Let me show you how:
1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.
2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.
