Showing asterisks instead of numbers in the submission.

We are having an issue with the Field Confirmation Widget in our "Direct Deposit Request Form".

We are trying to input a 16 digit number here and it comes up as #s (see below). Can you please assist?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Since it is against our Terms of Use to gather credit card details using plain text fields, the numbers are hidden. Keep in mind that you can choose one of the payment processors available on our platform and integrate it into your form. You still won't be able to collect payment details directly, though. If you only want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of our Payment Authorization feature.

Please be sure that no fields are collecting credit card information to prevent account suspension.
