Not receiving Notification Email for new submissions

    Hi I am using jotform.from.last 3 months. Initially there was non-issue however as I can see now whenever a new leads land on form there is no notification at all. I already label my working form as my favorite. Please do needfull

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the Notification Emails not being sent? If yes, we had a recent known issue related to the Notification Emails not being sent, but we already received an update from our developers that it's been resolved. If you're still not receiving Notification Emails, or if that's not the Push Notification you're referring to, please share more details about the issue. It'll also help if you can share the URL of the form you're working on. Here's how to find the form's URL:

    1. Go to the Settings tab of the Form Builder.
    2. Click on the Copy Link button.

    I checked the form URL you provided, but it seems like the form has been deleted. Check out the screenshots below to see my results:

    Are you referring to a different form? If so, can you share with us the URL of the form so that we can check it out? Also, can you try checking your Spam/Junk Folder to see if the confirmation emails ended up in there?
