Uploaded PDF file is not attached to the test email

I tried to add a document (pdf) to be sent with the auto-response email and it is not working when I send the test email to myself, there's no changes or additions.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can see that you are using the default Sender Email (noreply@jotform.com). Please know that there is a 5MB attachment file size limit if you use the default Sender Email. If the total file size of the uploaded file and the submission PDF is more than 5MB, it will not get attached to the email.

If the file is less than 5MB and the file still hasn't been attached to the email, will it be possible for you to share with us the PDF file that you want to attach, so we can test it on our end? You can upload the file to Google Drive, and share the G-Drive link with us. Don't forget to make the file Public so we can access it.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

I do not have access to Google Drive from work and would prefer not to communicate from my personal account. I will attach the file here in both Word format and pdf. It should not be anywhere near 5MB in size so any help you can give would be great, thank you!

I checked your account email logs, and it seems that you used the TEST EMAIL button to test the autoresponder email. When you use this button, the PDF file you uploaded will not be attached to the email. To receive the PDF as an attachment, you need to view the form, fill out the form elements, and submit the form. It is easy to view or open the form in a new tab. Let me show you how to :

1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.

2. Then, click on the Open in New Tab.

3. Fill out the form elements, and click the Submit button.
