How can I fill out the form after the user submits it?

I would like to use my form so that the employees can fill out most of the information, send it to me, I can then put in confirmation numbers and send back to the person that submitted the form. Is this possible? Thank you, Bonnie

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can edit the form submissions once your employees have submitted the forms. This way you can fill out your part of the form after the users. Let me show you how you can edit form submissions:

1. On the Jotform Tables page, choose your entry and click on the Three Dots icon next to the Star icon.
2. In the menu, click on the Edit Entry option and that's it.
