How Do I find the form that I created?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can check your All Forms folder on the My Form page or simply check your Activity Log on settings. It's easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

All Form Folder:

1. On the My Form page, click on the All Form folder.
   

Activity Log:

1. On the My Form page, hover your mouse over your Profile Avatar on the top-right side.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Go to the History panel.
4. Click on the Dropdown menu.
5. Select Form Creation, and that's it.
