Why are these prices not matching up?

    Hi, I am trying to upgrade my account to the sliver plan. BUT I'm getting 2 different prices. Why am I being advertised a different price and then asked to pay another? Why are these prices not matching up?  Image 1 Screenshot 30Why are these prices not matching up?  Image 2 Screenshot 41

    Hi Maura,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I saw that on your screenshots, the first one displaying the amount of the Silver plan yearly subscription, and on the second screenshot, it displays the amount of it divided by 12 months. Take note that you can save more with a yearly plan. That's why the monthly plan is different from the amount of the yearly plan per month.

    No, the monthly plan is listed as $49 instead of $24.

    Hi Maura,

    The $24 for Silver plan is only showing because of the 50% off which is only applicable for Silver Yearly, which will total to $294. However, if you are trying to get the Silver monthly, you will get the regular price of $49.
