Form Incorrectly requires HIPAA upgrade.

    This seems to say that my form will be disabled after 9/11. I am not a HIPPA type of business. I don’t want to lose any of the completed forms that have been submitted.

    Hi Sarah,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It seems that the system has identified your form as HIPAA-compliant. If this is not the case, please try to do the following:

    1. Log out from your Jotform account and clear your browser history.

    2. Then, log back in, and you should then see the modal below.

    3. Next, click the Go Back button.

    4. You should see the modal below, select No, I am not a HIPAA Covered Entity.

    Once you select this option, your forms will be enabled, and you should no longer be required to upgrade for HIPAA compliance. But, it may take a few minutes to take effect.
