Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

When I checked your form, I can see that all form fields were set to required, so you'll need to fill all the form fields. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, can you also record a video using Loom of what’s happening and send it to us?
